STEVE PFIESTER

"Steve and Bonnie have an
infectious passion for health and fitness and a genuine willingness to
share their experience with everyone they meets. Their warmth and
professionalism makes them impactful life coaches and trainers. With the
two of them in your corner, you're sure to not only reach your goals,
but also surpass them." Chee Gates, Fitness Magazine
Since 1995, Steve has made it his personal mission to stay ahead of the
fitness trends, explore new training, try new tools, create fun
workouts, and use his knowledge to get his clients results. Steve's
experience in the U.S. Army, combined with his education in exercise
nutrition at Florida State University and his degree in physical therapy
from Florida A&M, make him a sought-after boot camp trainer, landing him
the trainer role for Bridal Bootcamp, weight loss reality show on VH1
after also appearing on ABC's weight-loss reality show Fat March in
2007.
Steve is a trainer and spokesmodel for Bodylastics and
Live Exercise, leading live online workouts in kenpo, plyometrics,
sports conditioning, and other exercise approaches and techniques. He
has also appeared on ABC's weight-loss reality show Fat March in 2007
and on VH1's Bridal Bootcamp in 2010. Whether he is training one-on-one
or teaching a packed class of kickboxing, boot camp, or power yoga,
Steve's passion for fitness is contagious.
Over the years, Steve has taken his favorite workouts,
his original boot camp program drills, traditional resistance training
with a twist, kickboxing, power yoga, and his newer creative workouts
and meshed them into one amazing program, called BCx, eXtreme Boot Camp.
While Steve was creating insane workouts, Steve's wife and fitness
writer, Bonnie, was writing the BCx training manual to help their
"cadets" learn more about diet and exercise - and be empowered by
knowledge and understanding their body more. Now their sharing their
program with people all over the world in hopes to make a difference one
body at a time.
